Every body is different, and what you need from a massage can change from one day to the next. Your session is tailored to you, with attention to what feels most helpful and appropriate that day.
When helpful, I may share simple suggestions for things you can try between sessions—whether that’s movement, stretching, rest, or simply paying attention to how your body feels. Nothing complicated or prescriptive, just practical ways to support yourself.
You’re welcome to show up exactly as you are. There’s no expectation to be cheerful, talkative, or “have it together.” My goal is to provide a comfortable, respectful space where you can relax, be yourself, and receive the care you came for.

I’m a licensed massage therapist and have been practicing massage therapy since 2011. I started my career in a massage clinic in Gilbert, Arizona, where I developed a strong foundation in therapeutic massage and gained experience working with a wide range of clients and individual needs.
Over the years, I’ve worked alongside several chiropractors in Arizona and continued to expand my education and experience through hands-on work and continuing education.
I’m trained in Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, prenatal, and lymphatic massage. While I use a variety of techniques, I don’t believe massage should be one-size-fits-all. I pay attention to how your body is responding throughout the session and adjust pressure, pace, and techniques accordingly.
After more than a decade in this field, I’ve learned that good massage isn't necessarily about using the most techniques or the most pressure. It’s about paying attention, communicating, and giving your body what it actually needs that day.
That’s the approach I bring to every session at Radiant Being Massage.
